Culture can never be lost. Never is this more appropriate than when the new age proponents are given center stage. At Kavi Sangram, we invite all budding poets to share their poems in a clash of poetic justice.

Mohan Pandey

Mohan is closely associated with Anjuman - a Hindi-Urdu Peotry Club in Bangalore. He has now been writing for over two decades in English (mostly prose) and in Hindi (mostly poetry).

Mohan is trained in Pharmaceutical Sciences as well as in Management. He has over a dozen years' worth of experience and is currently associated with a global biopharmaceutical company in a leadership role.

1. This is an individual event.
2. The entire event will be in Hindi
3. Participants can be from colleges or corporates; participants having prior stage experience are also allowed to enter.
4. Participants will be given 10 minutes of stage time.
5. Registrations will be accepted on the first day of Unmaad
6. If required, an elimination round will be conducted. The rules of the same will be announced on the spot.
7. The entries can be in the form of poetry, stand-up comedy and/or mimicry.
8. There will be two categories - Haasya (laughter) and Prem (love). Participants may choose to perform one or both of the categories within the allotted time. Judging however will be cumulative, across categories.
9. A large portion of the marks from the judges will be reserved for originality.
